In April 2024, the Bipartisan Commission on Biodefense released The National Blueprint for Biodefense: Immediate Action Needed to Defend Against Biological Threats, a little-known but deeply alarming federally commissioned report. It outlines a simulated bioterror attack on July 4, 2025, using a genetically engineered Nipah virus that kills 280,000 Americans in a single day and devastates livestock. The virus, in the scenario, is modified for high transmissibility and retains a fatality rate exceeding 40%

And that comes hot of the Information that the UK Government is planning a Genetic Database from Birth for every Newborn Child.

On a BBC Radio 5 interview that aired on the evening of the 7th, the host interviewed Peter Power, Managing Director of Visor Consultants, which bills itself as a 'crisis management' advice company, better known to you and I as a PR firm.
Peter Power was a former Scotland Yard official, working at one time with the Anti Terrorist Branch.
Power told the host that at the exact same time that the London bombings were taking place, his company was running a 1,000 person strong exercise which drilled the London Underground being bombed at the exact same locations, at the exact same times, as happened in real life.
Finance Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, in London for an economic conference, was warned by Scotland Yard "minutes" in advance of the terrorist bombings.

The Trump administration appears to have leaked part of its forthcoming AI Action Plan, due July 22, on GitHub.
Last week, reporting from 404 Media and The Register found that the US General Services Administration (GSA), which is responsible for purchasing services like software, posted code on GitHub indicating that AI.gov was set to launch on July 4. 404 Media also found an early version of the website and API.

Both it and the code have since been taken down, but an archive of the GitHub repository exists here, and an archive of the site exists here.

"Utilize the most advanced AI assistants to streamline research, problem-solving, and strategy guidance," the archived site reads, emphasizing how AI can help government agencies reduce costs and save time. It also offers a chatbot of its own, as well as integrations with "top-tier AI models from OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic within our unified API framework." According to 404, however, the GitHub code indicates integrations with FedRAMP-certified (for government use) models AWS Bedrock and LLaMA.
The Register found support for an additional model from Cohere, which is not confirmed FedRAMP certified.
404 and The Register reported that AI.gov appeared to include Console, an analytics feature that monitors AI adoption among employees at various agencies. Specifically, Technology Transformation Services (TTS), within GSA, is leading the page; Thomas Shedd, a former Tesla employee, was appointed head of TTS in January.
AI.gov appears to articulate many of the goals for AI use in government that both Shedd and Elon Musk have been pushing for, which Musk also tried to accomplish with the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE). Shedd has proposed mandatory AI tools across the government, including AI chatbots that write software and review contracts.

The federal government is working on a website and API called “ai.gov” to “accelerate government innovation with AI” that is supposed to launch on July 4 and will include an analytics feature that shows how much a specific government team is using AI, according to an early version of the website and code posted by the General Services Administration on Github.
The page is being created by the GSA’s Technology Transformation Services, which is being run by former Tesla engineer Thomas Shedd. Shedd previously told employees that he hopes to AI-ify much of the government. AI.gov appears to be an early step toward pushing AI tools into agencies across the government, code published on Github shows.
“Accelerate government innovation with AI,” an early version of the website, which is linked to from the GSA TTS Github, reads. “Three powerful AI tools. One integrated platform.” The early version of the page suggests that its API will integrate with OpenAI, Google, and Anthropic products. But code for the API shows they are also working on integrating with Amazon Web Services’ Bedrock and Meta’s LLaMA. The page suggests it will also have an AI-powered chatbot, though it doesn’t explain what it will do.
The Github says “launch date - July 4.” Currently, AI.gov redirects to whitehouse.gov. The demo website is linked to from Github (archive here) and is hosted on cloud.gov on what appears to be a staging environment. The text on the page does not show up on other websites, suggesting that it is not generic placeholder text.
Elon Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency made integrating AI into normal government functions one of its priorities. At GSA’s TTS, Shedd has pushed his team to create AI tools that the rest of the government will be required to use. In February, 404 Media obtained leaked audio from a meeting in which Shedd told his team they would be creating “AI coding agents” that would write software across the entire government, and said he wanted to use AI to analyze government contracts.
“We want to start implementing more AI at the agency level and be an example for how other agencies can start leveraging AI … that’s one example of something that we’re looking for people to work on,” Shedd said. “Things like making AI coding agents available for all agencies. One that we've been looking at and trying to work on immediately within GSA, but also more broadly, is a centralized place to put contracts so we can run analysis on those contracts.”
Government employees we spoke to at the time said the internal reaction to Shedd’s plan was “pretty unanimously negative,” and pointed out numerous ways this could go wrong, which included everything from AI unintentionally introducing security issues or bugs into code or suggesting that critical contracts be killed.

The UK government has announced plans to trial or introduce AI in many operations. Some of these are within central government departments and some are in arms-length bodies (such as the Environment Agency).
Department for Science, Innovation and Technology
The Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) coordinates cross-government AI projects. The Incubator for AI (i.AI) has developed tools such as Redbox for document summarisation, Consult for analysing consultation responses, and Minute for meeting transcription.
Ministry of Defence
The Ministry of Defence applies AI in various contexts, including object detection from satellite imagery, spare parts failure prediction based on historical equipment failure reports, and autonomous mine hunting for remote detection and neutralisation of threats.
Department for Education
The Department for Education is experimenting with an AI tool to assist teachers by pooling government documents such as curriculum guidance and lesson plans. OFSTED has tested AI tools to predict which schools might decline in performance, while the department maintains an "AI sandbox" for civil servants to build and test AI models securely.
Department of Health and Social Care
The Department of Health and Social Care has established the NHS AI Lab, which brings together various stakeholders to develop healthcare applications. AI is being used to interpret stroke brain scans and chest x-rays, and there are ongoing experiments to transcribe and analyse patient notes in GP surgeries.
HM Revenue and Customs
HM Revenue and Customs employs AI for compliance purposes, using predictive analytics to identify potentially non-compliant taxpayers and document analysis to detect fraud. For customer service, HMRC uses machine learning to understand and categorise customer contact data for identifying sentiment and satisfaction rates.
Home Office
The Home Office utilises AI for streaming passport application services and in the Child Abuse Image Database Classifier, which helps police officers grade child sexual abuse material more efficiently while reducing their exposure to harmful content.
Ministry of Justice
The Ministry of Justice has established the Justice AI Unit to develop strategies for addressing critical challenges in the justice system. Projects include a "parental arrangements planner" to assist separating parents and save court time, and a collaboration with the Turing Institute to help police interpret narrative accounts of incidents.
Department for Transport
The Department for Transport has developed bespoke AI tools, including automated drafting of correspondence, and HGV detection through aerial imagery analysis.

OPM calls for quicker firings, more stringent performance standards
The Office of Personnel Management this week released new guidance calling on federal agencies to rate fewer employees as above average or outstanding and to discipline or fire federal workers more quickly.
Much like OPM’s hiring plan, a new memo from acting OPM Director Charles Ezell to agency heads makes overtures toward the nonpartisan issue of improving performance management in government, but introduces partisan elements that could threaten the effectiveness of those reforms, experts say.
“For many decades now, performance management across the federal workforce has fallen short of what the American people should expect,” Ezell wrote. “Too often, this has resulted in a lack of accountability and inflated performance ratings. Federal employee performance ratings should be normalized and reflect individual contributions to organizational results and outcomes.

IN APRIL 1968, a group of thirty individuals from ten countries gathered in Rome to discuss "the present and future predicament of man."
Out of this meeting grew The Club of Rome, an informal organization of intellectuals and business leaders whose goal is "a critical discussion of pressing global issues."
In 1972 the Club of Rome published the report The Limits to Growth which warned that the then-current trends of population growth and economic expansion were unsustainable and would ultimately result in a societal collapse unless measures were taken to limit population growth and economic expansion.
The report argued that the world population, if allowed to continue growing unchecked, would eventually collapse due to a combination of land and food shortages, depleted natural resources, and pollution. The report suggested that in order to avoid an inevitable and uncontrolled population collapse, humanity should quickly work towards achieving an "equilibrium state." This "equilibrium state" would be the point at which the birth rate equals the death rate and the capital investment rate equals the capital depreciation rate.
One of the co-authors of "The Limits to Growth" report was Dennis Meadows. In an interview published in 2016 by We Love Earth, Dennis stated:
"The planet can support something like a billion people. Maybe 2 billion, depending on how much liberty and how much material consumption you want to have. If you want more liberty and more consumption, you have to have fewer people. And conversely, you can have more people, I mean we can even have 8 or 9 billion, probably, if we have a very strong dictatorship . . . But we want to have freedom . . . so we're going to have a billion people. And we are now at 7, so we have to get back down. I hope that this can be slow, relatively slow, and that it can be done in a way which is relatively equal, so that people share the experience and we don't have a few rich trying to force everyone else to deal with it . . . These are pretty pessimistic hopes, but that's what lies ahead."
Today the United Nations is pushing an agenda that would be applauded by the authors of The Limits to Growth. In 2015, the United Nations general assembly adopted the "2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development." The agenda provides a "blueprint for peace and prosperity for people and the planet, now and into the future." Agenda 2030 outlines a blueprint for world socialism, stating that "we are embarking on a collective journey" to build "a world free of poverty, hunger, disease and want."
At the heart of Agenda 2030 are the 17 sustainable development goals (SDGs). These SDGs, if implemented successfully, can only result in the depopulation of humanity. The goals include: reducing consumption, limiting and eventually ending the use of fossil fuels (the lifeblood of human civilization today), promoting LGBTI sexual orientations (these people most likely will not or cannot have children of their own, an implicit form of birth control), and establishing a world socialist state (socialism has killed more people over the last 100 years than all of the major wars in the same time span). The United Nations and associated organizations are proceeding full steam ahead with the implementation of this agenda.
Powerful entities are working around the clock to eliminate the majority of the world's population. Bill Gates is funding technology to block out the sun, the World Economic Forum is encouraging people to eat bugs instead of meat, and despite the fact that the COVID-19 lockdowns killed millions of people across the globe, the imposition of climate lockdowns appears to be on the horizon.
If the warning of Dennis Meadows is correct, then statistically speaking, you will most likely be a victim of depopulation. The time is now to peacefully and forcefully oppose this agenda before it is too late.
