These NPU's are placeholders for AI that report anything from any device back to AI.
STARLINK also has the power to manipulate Brainwave patterns.
STARLINK also acts like a Network out of reach and provides a backbone for a future AI Warfare Infrastructure.

Because it is the Internet of Bodies through NEURAL LACE BCI connected via 5G and STARLINK to a central living AI Super Bio Computer that feeds off and controls the Human race.

WEF To Implant Prisoners With Brain Chips To ‘Erase Consciousness’ and ‘Induce Compliance’
A team of WEF scientists want governments around the world to begin implanting new microchips into the brains of prisoners which they say will “erase their consciousness” and replace it with a new compliant personality.
According to a disturbing report from the Daily Mail, a new AI system called Cognify would allow government’s to implant synthetic memories into people’s brains in order to punish them for breaking the law:
A scientist has unveiled a concept for a prison of the future that he has claimed would fast-track a criminal's release to minutes, instead of years or decades.
Called Cognify, the design would implant synthetic memories of a person's crime into their brain, but showing their victim's perspective.
The system could feature a VR-like device that displays AI-generated footage of the offence, coupled with a brain implant that induces emotional states like remorse or regret - feelings some individuals may not produce on their own.
