They are philosophical qualities.
They can also... no they must be trained in order for your brain to have a reference point.
If your brain does not has a reference point it fills it in with assumption which is bad.
Our brain has the highest form of filling in the blanks with assumption that there can be.
Millions of children know how something smells but really never smelled it but only seen it on TV.
They assume they know but really they don't because they fool themselves...

They are hooked on their "Smartie Phones" which just like candy gives them rotten teeth.
Ask them how a tomato tastes and they say ketchup.
Ask them how a rose smells and they say just like perfume.
Ask them how a gherkin tastes and they say salty.

My mother was a great gardener... a bad mother and certainly not a good educator but a great gardener.
The food from our Garden was the best that there could be... the smell of ripe tomatoes... salad... cucumbers...
I always remember taking carrots out of the soil washing them and eating them straight from the garden.
This memory can never be taken from me.

For example you do not need to think about breathing you do it automatically.
If you have a heavy injury your complete body switches off to protect you... it shuts down.
Your body produces endorphins to ease the pain and so on.
These are build in minimal functions by the operating system that runs your body.
Now to make full use of these functions and to enable the rest of your body you need training.
For example you need to learn how to breathe correctly to advance the advanced functions of breathing... i.e. deep breathing technologies and the revitalizing soothing effect of them.
You need to learn how to stand correctly in order to open the chakras.

The best practice for opening the chakras are Qi Gung practice.

To understand these exercises you need to understand that every human has two sets of motions in his body... one of muscles... one of ligaments.

These movements are superior to muscle movements because they are faster and more precise... also you do not drain as much power as with muscle movements.

Learn them and control your movement just by thinking.

Our Memory… Our Brain works just like a computer with a few differences.
A computer can be upgraded but a biological computer upgrades itself by growing and by experience…
There are ways to think and by adopting them one can learn to think and to evaluate things on a grand perspective…
Also our Memory is infinite… really we can never forget.
That is because every memory manifests itself by growing… that means that every memory you make becomes a part of you…
So forgetting is not really an option.
If one tries to forget they cut of oxygen and blood to the grown memory cells.
They kill those cells inside their brains.
The result is that from those dead cells grows tumor and cancer in much the same way as from rotten food grow maggots… it is just the same.
So the trick is to deal with situations head on.
Sometimes to resolve a problem you need to confront this problem head on…
Or else it comes back as cancer and hurts you…

When we are born we are a blank piece of paper.
Everyone has to write their own story and everyone can.
All we need is time but all we have is time, the time we give to ourselves.
We need to understand our emotions to enable emotional intelligence within us.
We are spiritual beings.

Take that away from them and you take their power away.
