I applaud Your efforts, and agree with most of this, but I will not petition anyOne. I withdrew consent from the whole psychopathic legal/governmental system and stand sovereign on Ethical ground. Alone, They can bully Me. But when I stand in aggregate with millions, We will have the power against the bullies.
Not to My awareness, but I have met some wacky People... Indeed, the psychopaths in control have been traumatizing Us for a long while. I guess I want to know to whom the petition will be delivered. As for showing the psychopaths We care... They know and They DON'T care.

Many people are living and behaving as if nothing is happening out there. They behave as if they don't know that the World is under attack. Either they are ignorant or they don't care. Some still think that Covid is real and the rest is just conspiracy.

A petition is there to say to people that they are involved... that they are wanted... appreciated... loved if you will.

People had a party in a house.
Everyone drank and they were quite happy had music had wine...
Then outside there were people gathering and waving to them.
The people inside the house stood on the window and happily waved back...
Look at the people they said they are happy for us having a party.
But the house was on fire and the people outside tried to warn the people inside that their house was on fire.
But the people inside thought they were just happy for them.
So the house burned down and with it the people inside.
