And the case for a class action Lawsuit.

I lay out the Legal case in the hope that there is a lawyer willing to take it on and bring it forward.
I accuse hereby Richard Branson and Elon Musk respectively who willingly and in coordination have created the Hyperloop  as a distraction and a fraudulent Operation without intention to deliver on their promise of a Environmentally sound Transport solution but launder Money, defraud Investors and to detract from HSR and my Patented Technology in particular and defrauded me to this day of income in the region of 1 Million USD per day.
Furthermore Richard Branson and Elon Musk have willingly and knowingly defrauded Investors in this scheme.
They have made fraudulent contracts with Nations to deliver on a Transportation System they have and had no intention to develop or to build.
Thereby they are subjects to a class action Lawsuit for defrauding Investors.
I want to sue the Government for Fraud for Implementing Net Zero & a Carbon Credit Scheme and RICO in coordination with the WEF for using MAFIA Blackmail tactics into forcing people into accepting their Fraud like the push for EV's.
I want to sue the WEF for Fraud Money Laundering for Implementing Net Zero & a Carbon Credit Scheme and RICO.
You can also sue the WEF & Government for Fraud for Implementing Net Zero & a Carbon Credit Scheme.
Everyone can because everyone is touched by this so we all have a legal case here.
The Government at this stage is a Criminal Organization as is the WEF.

Notice this: Elon Schmuck did not create a company and build the "Hyperloop" because as such I could have sued him there and then for patent infringement.
So he (or they... clever bastards) came up with a "white paper" which by closer examination is exactly my technology in a tube.
But since it was labeled as a "competition" they avoided direct confrontation... a very clever move.
But Elon Musk was on my website in early 2010... I traced his IP address as was NASA as well.
I still have the email exchange with Rick Avalos from Tesla from these days that prove what I say.
This is evidence beyond any doubt that Elon Musk knew my technology exists before he came up with the "Hyperloop".
And he came up with the "Hyperloop" in order to stop me from being successful.
So I had to bide my time.
But since the "Hyperloop" is now exposed as a monumental cock up and downright Fraud... I can now sue them all (with a little help from my friends) and thereby destroy their plans for their Brave New World Order.

Now many will tell me because they are Idiots that the "concept" of a pneumatic transportation system through a tunnel was dreamed up by Jules Verne or someone else in the 1800's.
This is not my technology.
A closed system with a vacuum in a tube is unworkable unsustainable and simply idiotic.
It could work on paper but the failure rate increases exponentially with the size of the network as the volume of air inside.
My technology however even it could work in a tunnel simply does not need one.
It sucks in the air from the front and pushes it through a system that creates levitation and burns the same stream of air at the back for propulsion.
It creates its own tunnel in front using it for suction lift and propulsion all at the same time with infinite possibilities.
I have taken the concept of a scramjet engine further than anyone else has.
And if you never heard of a Scramjet, you heard about Hypersonic Missiles at least now there is a war in Ukraine.
The only engine that can deliver Hypersonic Speed is a scramjet...

Introduction:

In 2008 I filed the Patent (received) for a Technology with Unlimited potential.
In fact I sat out to design an absolute in transportation technology which cannot be bettered... a fact that I achieved... which is proven by the fact that I am still standing and the Hyperloop is not.

Then there is the other side which is my technology simply renders current technologies as obsolete.
Aviation first and foremost and Train Companies...
Companies like Boeing Airbus Lockheed Martin Raytheon Bombardier Siemens... they will be gone, rendered obsolete by a technology so much better it is 100 years ahead of them.

Another reason is Interstellar Space Travel with the conundrum of faster than the speed of light solved by continuous acceleration of my invention and theoretically infinite speed.
And of course Rockets and companies such as SpaceX which can be replaced by a vertically take off Satellite delivery System which is also what my Invention is.

You must understand that if we are to replace Aviation with my technology, we have thousands of empty Airports which in effect is developed land which can serve as small cities.
Any Airport has the Runway length of 3km to 5km which is the blueprint of 9km² to 25km².
These are small cities that can be developed  because they are actually fully developed already.
Which means we have thousands of new Cities without cutting as much as a single tree making room for Billions of more people.

Furthermore this is not just a Train but a completely developed Infrastructure system which once build can bring Internet Electricity and everything to every corner in this world free of Government censorship or even without the involvement of the WEF and associated Arseholes.

This is from an Email exchange with Rick Avalos from Tesla after I saw SpaceX  spend a long time on my website.

I saw that someone from Hawthorne CA spent a lot of time studying my Website.
Curious as I am I had a look on what is in Hawthorne and I came to the only conclusion that it was someone from SpaceX .
Because no one else would be either intelligent enough or had the interest to understand my work.
After I did some more research I wondered if Elon Musk himself would have had a closer look at my work.

In 2008 I filed my patent which was granted in 2013.
2009/10 I put all the Information about my technology on my website simply because my life was in danger and I was actively under surveillance by the CIA / Mossad /China /MI5/6.

Zero Emission Hyper Sonic Transport

The Zero Emission Hyper Sonic Transport or ZEHST is a planned hypersonic passenger jet airliner project by the multinational aerospace conglomerate EADS and the Japanese national space agency JAXA.On 18 June 2011, the ZEHST concept was unveiled.

Note:
A Hypersonic Plane cannot be made because of the problems of Navigation Heat exchange and the High Costs.
The Natural Name of Hypersonic Zero Emission Transportation at that time was already taken by me some 5 years ahead.

The Legal Case against Richard Branson

The Virgin Earth Challenge was a competition offering a $25 million prize for whoever could demonstrate a commercially viable design which results in the permanent removal of greenhouse gases out of the Earth's atmosphere to contribute materially in global warming avoidance.
The Prize was to be awarded to "a commercially viable design which, achieves or appears capable of achieving the net removal of significant volumes of anthropogenic, atmospheric GHGs each year for at least 10 years", with significant volumes specified as "should be scalable to a significant size in order to meet the informal removal target of 1 billion tonnes of carbon-equivalent per year"

The Virgin Earth Challenge was restricted to one year only and had another well known Conman... Al Gore on the board.
The prize was never awarded.

I filed my Invention which was right in the latter stages of me developing it.
After email exchanges with the Virgin Earth Challenge my entry was denied because it was not CCS Carbon Capture and Storage, even my proposal exceeded the target of 1 Billion tonnes by a factor of 36.
My proposal is still the same... replace all Aviation with a Network of Hypersonic Trains.
And it is as viable as ever.
Aviation creates about 36 Million t of Emissions p/a and others such as NOx.
