A problem is never solved until you get to the root cause of the problem.
Once you look at the root cause the solution may actually look rather simple.
But if you panic it clouds your thinking and you may actually worsen the problem until the root cause becomes unrecognizable and you chase demons of your own making.

The Human race is young, very young compared with the older races in the Universe.

Control what you take in and you know what is coming out.
Train your senses and follow your heart because your heart don't lie to you.
The intelligence of feelings through practice and honesty guides you through life and will always be your friend.
