The USA has warned the Russian Federation against acquiring secret American technologies at the ZNPP

In a letter to the Russian state corporation Rosatom, the US Department of Energy warned of the consequences in case of interference with secret nuclear technologies located at the currently occupied Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant.

In a letter dated March 17, which was seen by the TV channel, the head of the US Office of Non-Proliferation Policy of the Ministry of Energy, Andrea Ferkile, informed the CEO of Rosatom that the ZNPP "contains nuclear technical data of American origin, which are under the export control of the United States government."
Ferkile warned that Russians are prohibited from accessing such data and technology without a separate sanction from the US Secretary of Energy, otherwise it would be considered a violation of US law.
The US Department of Energy confirmed to CNN that the letter to Rosatom is genuine, but declined to comment on its content. At the same time, it is not known whether the Russian side responded to him.
Since the middle of 2022, Zaporizhzhya NPP has been occupied by Russian troops, and due to constant Russian shelling , which Moscow blamed on Ukraine, it has been disconnected from the Ukrainian power grid more than once. Physically, the ZANP serves Ukrainian personnel in the occupation, and it is managed by Rosatom.
US involvement in the operation of the Zaporizhia NPP before the full-scale invasion of Russia was known before: the US Department of Energy's Office of Nuclear Energy reported in June 2021 that it helped implement new maintenance procedures at the ZNPP reactor.
In April, the US State Department for the first time added companies related to the state corporation "Rosatom" to the sanctions list .

US warns Russia not to touch American nuclear technology at Ukrainian nuclear plant

The US has sensitive nuclear technology at a nuclear power plant inside Ukraine and is warning Russia not to touch it, according to a letter the US Department of Energy sent to Russia’s state-owned nuclear energy firm Rosatom last month.
In the letter, which was reviewed by CNN and is dated March 17, 2023, the director of the Energy Department’s Office of Nonproliferation Policy, Andrea Ferkile, tells Rosatom’s director general that the Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant in Enerhodar “contains US-origin nuclear technical data that is export-controlled by the United States Government.”
Goods, software and technology are subject to US export controls when it is possible for them to be used in a way that undermines US national security interests.
The Energy Department letter comes as Russian forces continue to control the plant, which is the largest nuclear power station in Europe and sits in a part of the Zaporizhzhia region that Russia occupied after its invasion of Ukraine last February. The plant has frequently been disconnected from Ukraine’s power grid due to intense Russian shelling in the area, raising fears across Europe of a nuclear accident.
While the plant is still physically operated by Ukrainian staff, Rosatom manages it. The Energy Department warned Rosatom in the letter that it is “unlawful” for any Russian citizens or entities to handle the US technology.

Why is the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant important?

The plant, built in the Soviet era, is the largest nuclear reactor in Europe. Its six pressurised water reactors (of which at least two are currently operating) are important to Kyiv as they can produce power for up to 4m homes.
Situated on the south bank of the Dnieper river at Enerhodar, south-west of the city of Zaporizhzhia itself, the plant occupies an extremely important strategic position both for Russian and Ukrainian forces, who have been contesting control of the site since early in the war.
The presence of the water-cooled reactors, as well as a spent fuel storage facility, on the large and sprawling site has led Russia to use it as a so called “sheltered” artillery park, using the facilities to fire on Ukrainian positions in the belief that Ukraine would not fire back and risk a nuclear accident.

The US secretary of state, Antony Blinken, has accused the Russians of using the plant as a “nuclear shield” saying: “Of course the Ukrainians cannot fire back lest there be a terrible accident involving the nuclear plant.” That has allowed Russia to target areas like the city of Nikopol across the river which has come under heavy shelling in recent weeks.

Focus Fukushima

As I said before... when something does not add up, like in Ukraine and especially ZNPP I get suspicious.
So when the US stated they had sensitive Nuclear Technology in a Russian build NPP I immediately recalled what has happened in Fukushima.
Because in Fukushima there were factors which did not reach the MSM simply because of the involvement of Israel, and as we know, the MSM is controlled by Jewish Interests and as such protect Israel.
There are two scenarios both with a devastating outcome:

Scenario 1
The US has supplied Ukraine with Nuclear Weapon Technology in ZNPP

Scenario 2
The US wanted to destroy ZNPP and blame it on Russia

There is no other explanation or possibility of anything other than creating a scenario in which we have a Nuclear Fallout and WW3.

Now where does Fukushima come into this?

In February 2010, Japan offered to enrich uranium for Iran. Soon thereafter, an Israeli firm by the name of Magna BSP secured a contract to run security at the Fukushima Daiichi plant. They installed oversized cameras strongly resembling gun-type nuclear weapons. There is strong evidence that they planted Stuxnet, an Israeli computer virus that attacks Siemens power plant control systems, and which Israel previously used to damage Iran's nuclear program. Magna BSP also established internet data links in the reactor cores, in blatant violation of international nuclear regulations.
All twelve members of that security team returned to Israel in the week before 3/11/11. In the aftermath of the disaster, the Israelis publicly monitored the reactor cores via their illegal internet data links. Yet no one took them to task for this.

It turns out that the official explanation for the Fukushima reactor explosions was bogus as well. Nuclear power containment walls are extremely thick and strong. Hydrogen explosions could never have destroyed them. As a historical reference, hydrogen explosions occurred at Three Mile Island and caused no structural damage, nor even any injuries to plant personnel.

Furthermore, Reactor Four contained no fuel on 3/11/11, and was therefore nonoperational -- yet it exploded and was destroyed as completely as were the other reactors that day. Reactor Four is like Building 7 at the World Trade Center - an utter impossibility, a blatant smoking gun. A reactor containing no fuel cannot operate; a nonoperational reactor cannot explode unless someone explodes it. The destruction of Reactor Four can only have been the result of sabotage.
