Frankly I could not agree more with that statement.
In fact listening to Joe Rogan's podcast with Dr. Robert Malone it touches on so many things that also concern me most of all the term "Mass psychology Formation".
It isn't actually a new term or a new phenomenon but in reality it is the result of a system of mass hypnosis based on "Group think" so to speak.
Many people tried to understand what has happened in Germany 100 years ago and I want to point out two:

The Mass Psychology of Fascism is a 1933 book by the Austrian psychoanalyst Wilhelm Reich, in which the author attempts to explain how fascists and authoritarians come into power and its role of sexual perversion.
For all that don't know Wilhelm Reich I encourage you to take a look at his work because first and foremost he found the scientific proof of the life giving energy that is called Qi as in Tai Qi.

There is also a book by Gustave Le Bon on the psychology of crowds as are many others used extensively in the advertisement industry.

The problem of "Mass Formation" is not a problem as such it is a result of "escapism" where the target is made to hate their life and wanting to escape it by creating an "alter ego" or a "split personality".
In today's world people are played against people on their great chessboard competing for jobs they hate for money they don't need to buy things they don't want to hate people that are content with what they have.
It is perfect if you are an outside dictator wanting to destroy a world.
It is however not very satisfactory when you are an individual trying to build a life.      
In fact this is by design to leave a trail of tears and legion upon legion of dissatisfied disillusioned discontent and disaffected souls who drown themselves in Liquor & Drugs to feed their growing need for self destruction.
We are basically raised to hate ourselves and everything that is good so that we give up ourselves to be used in war and prostitution and do not question their authority.
That puts us in a state of mind of an authority junky that creates the basis of Mass Formation.

Again we find the answer in the Occult where for example in the CIA MK Ultra program.
The Jewish Occult wants to break the human spirit either willingly (as members) or by force and that is well documented by Alistair Crowley.
